40mm Bearings or Bushes

Evening all,

I'm trying to source 40mm OD bearings or bushes with 10mm ID, Width isn't a massive issue, But around 15mm & below would be good.

Been on Simply Bearings/eBay, But not had much luck!

Its times like these when you wish you had a lathe

They are for my scissor lift to slide up & down the rails

2 at the top & 2 at the bottom

One option could be to get 35mm OD bearings & use some tubing to enlarge them to 40mm, But seems a lot of hassle if I'm honest.

How about packing/shimming the rails? Sorry no idea how your lift is designed!

How about some 40mm od hdpe bar. Drill them on your pillar drill to use as bushings

Can't remember the design of your lift. Are they heavily loaded?

The weight of the bike is spread across 4 contact points.

2 of the pivot points are fixed & the other 2 which I need some bearings/bushes slide across the rails
