I have read that unless you are going for a big screen over 60" you will probably not see any benefit over quality HD. Also we would need new Blu-Ray player for the full 4k experience so it will have to wait for a few years yet,Speaking of Samsung speakers, have you seen that so-called 360° speaker? Looks prettyCheap tvs are generally awful. With poor panels, ok for a kitchen or bedroom but not your main TV.
That being said even the big names often dont put effort into sound because they want you to buy a sound system too.
My Samsung is a culprit of this with a tiny speaker on the BACK of the TV, as a result i had to buy a soundbar, but not a samsung..
.Needless to say I bought it from Pixmania and saved over £200!! The picture quality is superb and I have downloaded some 4K content which is amazing but I bought it because I wanted a more modern set (it's actually physically smaller than my old 42") and also some future proofing..
We bought our LG from an Amazon supplier, next day delivery and nearly £300 less than Tesco for same set. They've got a funny name for them too; "centimeters"That's because French inches are smaller than UK inches so a 49" from Curry's would have been bigger
.
Decimeters^3 are used in chemistry for calculating concentrations of solutions. Deciliters are useless AFIAKtry decimetres and decilitres for strangeness...
