in the past ive bought 3" stuff from my local pipecentre branch, Im not sure if they do 4" stuff but if its common for food/dairy then they probably do. they wasn't to bad on price if I remember correct.

I could sell you 4x 90 degree 4 inch bends about 1.6 thick £15 each plus post 316 l material
You could cut em in half to make 45s
