Twin rear wheel Isettas were pretty rare in UK, mainly because I thought the twin wheel version didn't qualify as a 3 wheeler?? Brother had one as his first commute as did a friend. Both rolled them, but no damage except the winker above the window. Much more sophisticated than the Messerschmitt or the Heinkel with their 2T engines and stop-start reverse. We used to get 4 up in them and tow a 'small' boat.
I have seen several small 2 seat, three weelers with scooter power packages around here. Popular as 'summer' cars for those that can't afford a 2CV Mahari. Like ciclocars (know locally as Yoghurt pots) they get under the regs and have partial weather protection. Mainly for the sun
Cors' the Yoghurt pots are often driven by people who have lost their licences due to the demon booze.
Edit: Think the Yogs are limited to 60km/H. Bit like the mopeds for youngsters, limited to 30 or so. But many clocked at 90 or more.
