3hp 200litre 14cfm will it be any good with 10gallon blast pot?

as above guys il be using this compressor i have with the 10 gallon blast pot iv got off my mate that he doesnt use i have tryed to use it before with his 25lite 1.5hp compressor which was really good results on alloy wheels but only lasted a hole 8 seconds then it had to build back up was really annoying just wondering would i get a wheel done with using my own 200litre 14cfm compressor as its a pain in the ass haven to wait for it to build up every few seconds? anybody using a similar set up cheers

yes for personal use but a bit slow when the pressure drops i run a 28cfm comp on a 3mm jet and comp cuts out and can well keep up with demand. a 14cfm will just get u there and need to stop every few mins to top up tank. optimum pressure for blasting is 90 psi . they will work on lower pressure but isnt eficcient and slow

I've a 19cfm so like 13FAD and it struggles with my blast pot. I have a 49cfm Hydrovane in the corner I need to rebuild to make sure I've got enough air
