Thingiverse is a great resource.
Whenever I want to design something new from scratch I always check on Thingiverse to see if someone has already designed it!

I really must get into 3d printing, There are so many things i think of that can be made or replaces with this kind of tech.

I bought a hictop 3dp-11 back last year but I've only just put it together as I've had a bit of pneumonia so I've been stuck in the house.
I've been on a few forums but they all seem to be lacking In posts, the info is there but you have to get it from two or three different forums.

What was your experience?
From what I have read the Tevo is a smidge better than the CR10 but no real difference.

Tevo is better alright more so its more open source. Bed heater is better as its AC. But the drivers they use aren't great.
Gearbest are gangsters , I cancelled an order recently for a laptop and ordered off aliexpress as well. They kept putting back the shipping date. Just google gearbest or look on the tevo tornado Facebook group.

They are scum!
Supposed to be a Christmas present. Not happy at all.
They kept promising it would be shipped but no sign of it actually being dispatched. I opened a PayPal dispute. They said if I closed the dispute they would ship. Now they are saying out of stock until 6th January! I will wait until then - if not I will cancel - aliexpress supposed to be the best place to get one from.
I know they are in very short supply everywhere though!

Gearbest are indeed scum, yes order straight from tevo on aliexpress , I'll never order from them again. Another thing they do is sell things with free shipping. After weeks of no shipment they contact you and say they can't ship for free and need to pay extra for shipping. There are loads of stories about them. Only thing is they do give a refund straight away. I cancelled a tornado order i had with them . came across a link on the cr10 fb group for a gearbest stock of cr10's in the UK warehouse . got it to my door in 5 days(Ireland )

I hope you did not close it, depending what dispute you opened you may have shot yourself in the foot, it may be impossible to open another.
