U can also go for a VICTOR plasma cutter, idk if u can get it in the UK, but if u can, they are really good, they're part of the ESAB group now, you should check them out.
There's usually a significative difference of money between a Hypthrm and a Victor, and they both are great.
FYI, to replace the PWMX 85, you should go for the VICTOR 82!

I have not got any info about the prices yet. If it will too expensive for me, I will ask a Thermal Dynamics, maybe it could be cheaper.

Why transport such a thing? you will need to speak to the man from Lorch about things over there. Surely the logistics of taking such levels of kit with you on such jobs are bad economics?

I'm happy with my Migmatic, but nowadays I had to use a 1.2mm wire, because I can not get a 1.0mm here, just 0.8, 0.9 and 1.2mm.
It looks a 2 roller type wire feeder not the best for this size, so I'm looking a 4 rollers one in a Migmatic 300A. Can I get an OEM or an aftermarket for this?
I already changed a main power cable, it was a toy on a machine, I think only 4squaremillimeter.

I don't see why you are having a problem, a 2 roll feeder should be good enough to push 1.2mm wire, maybe you have to replace the torch liner.
If you have done that and still have issues miller do make some 4 roll feeders. They can be expensive though, maybe a Tech Arc replacement feeder might be more attractively priced.

I'm here again. I changed a liner in a torch and it is fine with 2 rollers.
But I sill have an other problem. I'm looking a ~400A welder, possibly with a water cooler and maybe with a separeted wire feeder.
I could not really find a lot of choice:
MILLER MIGMATIC 380 - £1600 (+ feeder + water cooler)
THERMAL ARC FABRICATOR 500S - £3200 (including everything)
Thermal Arc Fabricator 400S - £1800 (+water cooler)
Lincoln Powertec 425S - £2900 (including everything)
Lincoln Powertec 425C - £2750 (+wire feeder)
I think I should go for one of the Lincoln, or not?

And you are right! I just tried the 425S, there is a massive difference between the red and a blue team. OK, my blue is smaller, but on low voltage as well.
I'm going to leave the Miller with the single feeder, will be a good "mobile" machine, only 95kg.
