I've sent an email to both companies.
Warrior told me this:
'You would need to arrange your own courier and organise the customs paperwork on your end.'
Oxford, on the other hand, takes care of the whole process.
Now I just have to decide—the Warrior is more expensive, but it seems to be more powerful and has a better duty cycle.
If you organise the courier then you will have to sort out any problems if it gets lost or damaged in transit.
Although you will also be responsible for declaring the value of the shipment which will determine what import fees you pay
