3 Phase or Single or 3 phase supply for hobby workshop

a customer that recently built an extension onto his house, huge thing, had it all passed and signed off, I wired it out, then 3 weeks later he decided he didn't like it, had me back out to rip the wiring out and has now levelled it and started again. I am already booked in for re-wiring it and he also wants his garage powered too.

I suppose he wants you to re-use the cable and fittings too

fittings yes, but as they were brand new and he has already paid for them I cant argue.

cable however will need to be new as this extension is bigger than the last one, and the cable runs from the last one wont be long enough, so we have agreed to use new. he also wants adjustable spotlights now instead of the weird twisty ones he chose before, and wants a few extra sockets and a set of lights put on the outside wall on IR sensors, and then 3 double 13A sockets, a 32A socket, 2 lights and a powered garage door in the garage.

quite a nice little job and he knows I work shifts too and isn't worried about time as he still has a lot of plans for building and so on

Thanks for everyone's suggestions/opinions I suspect I will go down the three phase route subject to a price for the Elect install etc.
