I dont know enough about all of this but does this mean your IFL tig is out of service because of this
problem? If so I would get it looked at....

i was thinking of adding a y connector to the back of the unit and having air in one and argon in the other with a couple of one way valves to prevent air mixing with the argon. i will just have to purge the lines when swapping over from tig to plasma and plasma to tig
