As it was a warm day yesterday (well it was here) I thought i'd get stuck into the painting. I painted the whole side of my car in the garage using 2k cob and i painted the front bumper outside on the lawn. I had leave the house at about 8pm, and as the bumper had been sprayed about an hour and hadn't fully "gone off" i decided to leave it outside rather than damage it by moving it, but I guess that dew settled on it before it was completely set. The side of the car in the garage is fine but the bumper has a little blooming in places (lesson learnt). Is there anything that I can do to get rid of the bloom? flat and polish? Cheers Simon
