The FR 35 pedals have a few small adjustments, But not to any great extent,
Richard likes a switch, I love a pedal. You can make things work with either. Start out with the switch it will make you a better welder! You can always buy a pedal at a later date when funds allow. You do not need one to get going. I have a pedal but because I'm so used to using a switch I only use it occasionally. A pedal is great but far from essential. If I was choosing between those two deals I wouldn't need to give it a second thought. I've used both the gys 207 and 200ht. Out of those the lorch without pedal would be the weapon of choice.
He will do yes as that's the ewm plug alsoTeuchel plug, same as the hitachi. @Jim Davey has them on the shelf I understand...
While your on make a job of it and get jim to quote you for a decent torch and stick that chipping hammer back in its box
I'd be ordering up some bits for a diy cooler and give the new HT a first proper project of an Alu or stainless steel tank.
Then treat her to one of jims speedways. That's just me though lol.
Gotta start somewhere mate. Water cooling is definitely the only way to go with an AC/DC and a chunky 200 amps on tap.Build a tank for water cooling as a first project, never having tig welded Alu before!.
