Final part of my order just arrived, two dinky chain hoists

Well they certainly came along at the right price

I ordered two hoists and a copper hammer. First notification had all items listed in it but only the hammer turned up. Next day I got a similar notification with the same items listed and today I got the hoists. So potentially if I had more stuff ordered, like you, then another notification could be on its way. Having said that with the others getting emails saying they will not be getting then maybe you wont

I got one hoist thats better than nothing. But i will be getting a refund for the items not received. I paid by paypal.

That toolholder is now £56 odd quid. I added it to my basket, was too slow, they've retracted the discount code now.

Its been over a week now, no email regarding cancelled products/refund. Should i be cheeky and email them?

I may have some inserts for the tool holder as i forgot to cancel the order .

If it were me and I had got the chain hoists but not the hammer then I don't think I would bother as the chain hoists were stupidly cheap. If I had just got the hammer but no chain hoists then I would as the hammer was basically normal price.

Did ok on the second order but the first order they actually made money off me

1st order £18.59 paid -- goods received £8.80 at todays prices.

2nd order £35.42 paid -- goods received £223.68 at todays prices.

Slightly disappointed as I only received the Bott tool panels (6 of) out of the stuff I ordered but the upside is they cancelled my PayPal payment and haven't re-invoiced me so it looks like I have got the panels for free.

Bit of a result the indexa tool holder was included.

First order is missing theses items.

Drivers gloves.
Angle finder with magnetic base. Both these items are the same price now.

2nd order missing these items.

1 Hoist.
2 C Clamps.
2 Dunlop Boots.
5 3m Discs.

The hammer looks nice for 59p.

The soft vice grips are a little big.

Maybe i wont send them an email to chance up a refund for the missing items.

Nearly forgot the bin.

I feel bad so if i do receive another hoist i will be offering it up on here to one of you guys who did not get one.

Lol, I chased the short delivery on my two orders - on one they dispatched the missing pice straight away, on the other they have ignored the last 2 e-mails - just sent a third this morning.

I received another hoist and a couple of clamps today. If any of you guys Ordered and did not receive a hoist you can have it for the cost of postage, think it will be £7.99 via DHL (or collection from SE5).

To be fair if a few people reply will get the kids to draw the name out of a hat.

In the end they gave me a £20 credit as a settlement which effectively meant I could get the order for the same price as previously ordered! - Keep complaining!

Can't believe I ignored this thread but in my defence I was trying not to spend any money at the time and didn't want to be tempted by the 20% off. Just read some of the posts and am gutted I missed out

If no one wants the hoist you can have it.

Cromwell called my office today they have no more 3m discs so gave me another refund for £8.40 .

That brings my total spend to £16.47
