This month's top gear has a review of the Bentley SUV and they say it's an awesome piece of kit. The interior is apparently the best they have ever seen.
They gave it 8/10, though, because they did acknowledge that it's pretty pointless.

i would imagine it will with all the traction control features, hill climb and hill descent modes, auto selective 4 wheel drive technology and all that...they are good bits of kit but they just dont look like the thing to take off roading

Good tyres make a big difference to any 4x4. His last Range Rover the kids opened the split tailgate and put a hose in so they could use it as paddling pool!

Tbf even all these new horrible cars land rover have designed are still going to be pretty good off road with all the fancy gadgets, especially compared to the majority of other new '4x4s' .. my managers evoque is always coverd in mud, keeps horses I think.

I still like the disco 4/range rovers though,

The new Bentley 4x4's are going to be built in bratislava in the czech republic according to bentley boss Wolfgang Schreiber . So its a volkswagen, going to be built in eastern europe, how unearth is that British ?

They may be exclusively expensive, but built for people with orange faces and no taste. Give me an old s2 or a jaguar mk2 before any of that rubbish any day of the week.

And they weigh a ton.First time I picked up a set of pads for them,I nearly broke my wrist.

Itd have to be a road legal Bowler Wild Cat for me. Sensible wise would be a disco 4 but dream car is a 90 truck cab

They come in as a complete hub assembly, the operators use a pneumatic assistor to lift them out of the pallet and onto the car
