could you post some pics of thee pullers, good idea ill have to make some,
I'll dig them out tomorrow and take a pic.
It was pretty straight forward....just a length of angle with 3 holes ......the two outer ones match up with threaded holes in the crankcase and fixed to it with thread bar. then use a nut and pointy bolt to push on the end of the crank and push it out.
Once pushed out you pretty well have to assume the bearings are damaged.
To refit put the bearings in the crankcase but don't fit the seal yet. Get a bit of tube the same'ish diameter as the inner bearing race. Cut it to length so it gets near the thread on the end of the crank. Put a washer or two on the end of the pipe and pull it on with the nut on the end of the crank.
I've got a spare crank knocking about so i'll lay the parts out and take some pics tomorrow to give you a better idea.
