Was it tested as a standard Range Rover or was the extra weight factored in?
If tested as standard then there is summat up with the brakes.
In any event, new pads must be bedded in before you can expect peak performance (This may have been mentioned before )
some new brake testers also record the weight on that axle and unlike the old ones that just gave the reading the newer ones actually state pass or fail so was it a new machine testing it
