So this arrived at the weekend, it's a little baby 400. Fairings are there and complete but have had a repair job in the past and a respray that is absolutely terrible, so I'm think teeny weeny street fighter. It does run but no2 carb is pouring fuel out of the overflow, so that is the first port of call

Great little bike, worked on loads of them years back when the "grey" market took off, also the 250 that maxed out at 20,000 RPM!

I always think how impossible these motors must be to work on valves the size of finger nails; let alone the 250 fours.
Mind boggled by the thought of a 125 six cylinder motor.
And the rpm.

Don't suppose you have any bits lying around for it? I wouldn't mind a different tail unit but off what I don't know yet

I think it would be a shame to change from standard. If it was me I'd have to do a original restoration as I bet there aren't many of these left now.

Motor runs sweet as a nut and box is spot on, clutch is stuck at the mo but to be expected after sitting for the past 10 years in a garage!

Wife has a CBR400RR. Great little bike. We did nearly 3000 miles around europe and it managed no problem. The Passo del Stelvio was a highlight her bike was made for it.

Sorry Tin, those days are long gone, and so are any spares, was a blast messing around on the baby Yams and Honda's.

If I didn't already have too many bikes, I'd have a little FZR' ZXR or Babyblade/NC30/35 etc..
