While the cab area looks a bit too small for me, I would really like one of those.
I used to own an Izusu NPR.
It sort of reminds me of a Pinzgauer (sp)

It’s surprisingly spacious, I’m 6ft and there’s plenty of room. The only downside is the clutch pedal is designed for someone with size 2 feet

Yes, that's what I spotted as well. the clutch pedal should be farther forward.
I have size 15 shoes, and it appears like I could not even get into the cab with that pedal
where it is located.

It does make clutch usage easier, on that truck and others, my heel doesn't leave the floor until the last 1" of travel or so. At which point the clutch is all the way engaged anyhow.

I think at this point I was trying remove about 300 layers of some sort of rubberised coating so I had something to weld to!

TGB without question, his kerb weight is basically the Sandringham fully loaded.

I may have the power advantage now but no good if I can't get traction.

You've got to bear in mind that the purpose of the Sandringham was to reduce ground pressure, I'll be curious to take it to a weighbridge but the Sandringham is sub 2t, perhaps closer to 1.6t now the V8 has gone in.

As it sits the tgb is 2.2t without a rear body. The troop body adds 1.1t to that

Gvw is 5700 though
