It’s had one hell of a whack on the front passenger side, I believe it’s not healthy underneath. There’s a tidy one, albeit with the camo in the wrong shade on marketplace currently at 10k

It’s been bouncing it down, and as the old girl won’t fit in the workshop it’s meant welding and painting has been put on hold, so tonight I started stripping the spare engine. It was seized on a couple of pots, so first order of business was fire…..

Half filled the pots with oil , chucked some petrol in and lit it. 20 mins lather the block was nice and hot, the oil was like weasel **** and with a couple of bounces forward and back on the crank it let go.

Stripped the pistons and rods out ready for cleaning, and that’s where I’ve left it at the moment

Plan is to do a speeduino powered injection build, 241cc injectors, coil on plug ignition, .5mm off the head to raise the CR and a bit of gentle port work, get some hardened valve seats fitted and make a custom manifold and plenum
