I attempted to get it running today, put a battery on it, turned the ignition knob and we had 12v at the coil! cleaned the nearly new points and we had sparks at the plugs but no compression, all the exhaust valves were stuck down, and after spraying wd40 type liquid and tapping the valves down further I ended up no better off except the valves were even further down into the head! it did backfire out of the carb and the starter worked well, as did the side lights!
