I've found as I'm getting older that simply not giving a **** about well really anything really helps. Went on a harness training course today. Exam at the end. Finished first, got asked if I wanted to on check the answers. Nope, don't care. 100%, early day. Happy days.

I wasn't always like that. As the ******** have ground me down etc.

Not long after passing my IETSM exams I get a job interview for IETSM at a big local area hospital . Several suits in front of me not a pair of overalls in sight , one of the suits started asking me about personnel matters , then his pal said what is discrimination .
Me :-
" Giving a coloured guy the job when he's least qualified applicant " .

You could have heard a pin drop after the noise of rushing air intakes

He meant sub fusing to lower values to protect circuits & circuit boards .

I'm pleased I didn't get the job .. I found out later there had been over 15 people taken on in 2 years and they all left within weeks

Probably why they changed it to selectivity.
