15Kg to 5KG adaptor

ok i know weldequip sells the exact thing i need. but unless he is prepared to let me pay for it by me saying nice things about him its no going to happen as i'm skint . How have other people converted from 15kg spool holders down to 5KG?

It is just a spacer with a 2" ID.

Some have used the cardboard roll form duck tape. I used some 2.25OD pipe.

I use a reel of tape as a spacer. Bit of smaller diameter pipe would probably be better (will give that a try) - my tape keeps falling off the reel mounting
