I dont think I would get the conveluted flex conduit in the plugs I had thought of using garden hose with a load of singles up it but it might be a pain unless I use 3/4 bore
It works well as a sheath, rubber hosing. I have it on one of my externally run cable runs. It's stood upto weather and being trodden on well, so far. If you use it, make sure to run a feeder wire first and sprinkle plenty of talc on the cables as you're pulling them through. It'll make getting them through a lot easier.

when I checked the original cable it had 7 cores so I could fully populate the 14 pin plugs,
I have just finished soldering the extra 7 core in --- what a b*****d the pins are only 2mm apart.
