125cc scooter - ideas for a project

I managed to acquire a 125cc piaggio scooter for 50 quid (ex police stolen recovered )

I’ve no intention of using it as a scooter but the price appealed if only to use it for parts ....

Anyone any ideas of a fun , cheap ish use for it ?
