10L at 137 Bar or 9L at 150 Bar

Hi, just about to indulge in my first bottle of real gas and have whittled it down to Adams or RandR. However Adams does a 10L Bottle at 137 bar and RandR does a 9L bottle at 150 bar, which best? I'm patching up and welding panels on a Mini. Also what flow rate should I use?

10l @ 137 bar gives you a little bit more than 9@150 but check the prices first, the 9l one may be significantly cheaper.
Flow rate, start at around 10 litres/minute and fine-tune it from there.

Sorry was posting from my HTC and had the suppliers and sizes completely screwed up and the wrong way around. Adams does the 9L @ 137 Bar http://www.adamsgas.co.uk/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.v5.tpl&product_id=23&category_id=22&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=54 and RandR does the 10L at 150 Barhttp://www.randrgases.co.uk/index.html which I guess puts the 10L at 150 Bar from RandR out there in front.

The bottle from Adams Gas appears to work out at about £81.19 if collected in person (31.19 Gas, £50 Bottle) whereas RandR is £95 (£35 Gas, £60 Bottle). With RandR there may also be a £12 charge for a crate and on the Adams site I cannot work out whether the £31.19 includes 20% VAT or not?

Anyone dealt with either and can confirm the above?

Just following up on this thread. I ordered my bottle of Argon 5% CO2 Mix from Adams, who might I say were extremely helpful and super fast £10 delivery next day by default UK : )

Anyway, did my first proper repair on Sat / Sun and wasn't sure how to set up the rig and my welding was a little lumpy and a bit brown.

Doing Austin Mini Body Panels.

I have an old single meter Argon regulator and a flow meter with a plastic tube with a floating piece of plastic in it, just visible in the photo.

Welder is a Clarke 160EN

Questions:

1. The flow meter has L/PM and I think CF/PM, what should it be set to.
2. Whats the best way of setting up this rig, I have read, turn bottle on 1/4 turn, open flow meter fully and adjust flow with regulator valve to roughly correct L/PM then fine tune with flow meter valve?
3. Wire Speed is 6.5 - 7 power setting is Min 1.
