Hi, my 100EN Turbo gasless welder has stopped welding, I recently replaced the (main) liner and swan neck liner, I have tried various settings and all I achieve is a pile of little balls of melted wire on my work with no penetration to the work piece.
Every time I depress the trigger the welder makes a loud noise (sounding similar to a large contactor being energised). I have recently had to install a separate ring main (15 amps) as it kept tripping the household trips.
Has anyone any ideas, I don't know whether to invest in a whole new gun assembly to see if that's the problem or just write the machine off for scrap.
