The more I read the more I am leaning toward a reliable transformer MIG. A Parweld xte 171 is favourite as I am hugely impressed with my little Parweld inverter but still temped to go the whole hog and buy an Oxford 180 but would it be worth stretching the budget by £200 considering my lack of skill having only struggled with my crappy SIP 130.
If the SIP was rated 1 out of 10 how would posters rate the Parweld and Oxford remembering I am pretty much learning to MIG.
