Hello, I've checked in here a few times , and decided i better register here since i have a question.
I just ran out of my .035 flux core wire on my Clarke 180en, and went online to see what was available. i found a decent price for .030 wire and was wondering if i could use it without any issues on my machine. It's not all that much of a difference, just wondering if it IS a big enough difference in size.
(and if it's ok to use .030, i take it i can just put in the new spool and go back to with no adjustments/problems?
The reason i am asking here is 3-fold, i can't find the manual i downloaded/printed (after finding the link back when from this site ) , the Clarke site is down (I hear the welding division, or maybe the whole company went under recently) AND my computer at this moment is giving me fits and will not download any files
And just want to say, i feel that this forum is superb and filled with very good information, a lot of times that can't be found elsewhere that easily.
