I fitted HGV ones to my old caravan as all the led ones had no housing to couple the wires behind. £80! But easier fitting and parts readily available.
New one will be plastic so I would expect no condensation. Insulation between outside wall and pipe but unless it’s a very cold house I wouldn’t expect it to freeze inside.
