L200 parts?

I normally wouldnt start a thread asking about this but ive been looking online and cant find what i need
I have a 2003 Mitsubishi L200 single cab and the metal tub splash panels infront of the rear wheels need replaced, but i cant find them when i search the internet I cant just make them because theyre press formed into shape. Does anyone know where they can be bought? Are pattern part replacements available?
I thought this would be a good place to ask, theres got to be a few pick up drivers here.

That isnt music to my ears The one that goes between the wheel and fuel filler pipes is missing and the other side has split in half vertically.
The rest of the pick up is in excellent condition.
I looked on that milner site, but didnt have much joy. Im not on facebook, never will be.

make your own mate I used stainless as it was free, but ali would be cheaper and easier to work with

Yours is a double cab though, the filler neck is part of the cab, the splash guards will be simpler. The ones on my single cab support the outside skin of the tub and look like it has to be a difficult shape to fit around the fuel filler pipes.
I may stand a chance of making it if i had a pattern to go from. Might have a stab at repairing the split one. Looks like im taking an expensive trip to the Mitsubishi garage

They come up on eBay sometimes but are expensive. Making your own is probably the best option

Heres my pick up. I dont like double cabs or king cabs. I get a full 7' of load space

Yeah, youre right, im going to have to make them. I have some thick industrial conveyor belt that might be good for the job, if not then ali. Ill get some big button head pop rivets to fasten it. Ill give it some thought and keep the thread updated with what i do. Thanks for your advice

conveyor belt will work seen that used for wheel arches and all sorts

The belt marked to cut, about 5mm thick.

Cut to shape

And fitted, This was the best i could manage, pop rivets and cable ties

Just got this side arch done this afternoon. Ill not bother making any posts about the other arch, its just the same thing again.

well, i didnt do the same thing again.
Got the other side (offside) done today. Made the splash panel from some galvanized steel sheet i had lying around this time cos there wasnt any pipes to get around. Didnt bother with pictures. It was harder work getting the steel to the right shape, would have been a nightmare trying to do the nearside with steel.

Well im back again, maybe this thread should be moved to the automotive section, i should have started it in there.
A middle section of my exhaust is damaged and leaking. It looks like it could be a cat, did 03 l200's come with cats, are de-cat pipes available, or will i have to try and make one? Or maybe theres a previous year exhaust without the cat that will go on?

Plenty options for decat pipes for L200s, and relatively cheap.
