Over-paintable underseal

What do you guys use/recommend? I normally use gravitex but am looking for something a bit more meaty for my inner wheel arch.

Langy uses another brand as well. Check out the paint section or PM him. I think it's the stuff they use in the back of pick ups in the US.

There is UPol Raptor (bed liner) but it is pricey.
I'm using Gravitex and 2k laquer to give it some additional protection.

I saw Langy's chassis he did with raptor, it looks like a 2k version of Gravitex but I think the minimum you need to spend is about £90 for about 4l + 1l of harner.

I did epoxy, gravitex and then Jotun polyurethane 2k topcoat.

Can you get moulded front inner wing protectors, probably the best bet for protection.

Yes, I have a couple of new ones to fit (standard on later cars) but they don't give complete protection.

Could you make a section out of aluminium to fit to the outside and screw it to the guard?

Raptor is the 2K version of gravitex and definitely worth the extra, it's cheap on ebay, I buy it by 1 litres from local paint factors

I was wrong, £21 for a 1l kit of tintable inc the hardner, that would probably do both wheel arches.
