tube bending, NW Kent

Would anyone know of a source ideally in NW Kent where I can get a thin wall stainless steel tube bent up?

What I'm after is basically a bent tube. 1000mm on one leg, 300mm on the other. The ID needs to be greater than 63mm. It's basically a "hockey stick" to bring some CCTV duct up out of the ground. Custom exhaust place maybe?

There used to be a custom exhaust manufacturer in West Kingsdown very close to Brands Hatch, might be worth trying to contact a few of the Bike/Car tuning firms based around/on/at the race circuit.
I can't see it closing down so close to the circuit...
