We had four weeks of heatwave - one bad day of thunderstorms.
Summer 87.
No midges...
Horseflies ate all the midges.
Then started on us.

I have seen the midges at their best ooh they are annoying! But as you find with most beautiful things there is some downside Some of the storms are awesome, and always amazes me the amount of stars you can see! Have yet to see the northern lights there but we will be back there soon for more adventure!
