Keeping Cool

Hot again, dug out my old undies for use under full race leathers.

I have both one piece (you sure have a purty mouth boy) and two piece.
Work pretty well. I wear neck tubes run under the tap and kept in the fridge if poss.
ditto skull caps.

The new(ish) keep cool water filled vests I would think might add weight? never used em so can't say.

Selection here, avoid any that say they keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
All mine are mesh or perforated (like a teabag) usually described as ventilated.

I tend to use a textile jacket in the warm weather as it has a few zip open vents

I commute on the bike all year round because it's quicker, cheaper and 3 miles closer due to site access layout.

and i was taking the **** out of the neighbours husband with the grandad shirt on him at the time though we all did have a chuckle at the time about it as his mrs was here at the time all i got told dont tell him that comment
