i cant see why not as long as the bottle stays upright and keeps it at a gasIs it possible to get/use a peashooter style flowmeter for propane?
It's to add to a gas burner for my new furnace.
normal propane reg flows 2 bar...i cant see you needing anything like that amount for a furnace as half its heat comes from forced airWill probably have to alter some fittings LH & RH. Don't know how long the clear plastic would stand up to the gas, without any effect.
Technically possible but HS head says no.
If its for a furnace would the flow be high enough?

its bigegg who needs mateIf you want I can send you one that's fitted with plastic hose barbs, put in line to your gas appliance and away you go. Do you have any idea of range. I've got 0 - 3 and 0 - 12 litres per minute, resolution and accura nce will change between the two but not sure how important that is for your application.
Drop me a PM if interested
I could, but instantaneous readings are.betterDo you have any scales? you could weigh the cylinder then run for a fixed period then re weigh, calculate how much burned.
