I would sorely love a classic Norton

The prices of anything worth having has gone through the roof, and if you do spend out a big wad on a classic, you maybe disappointed with what you have. The cost overshadows the true worth of the bike.

When I read rider reports on classic bikes in the magazines, I often wonder if they are riding the same bikes I have tried in the past.....................Many of them are pretty awful pieces of kit, nice to look at certainly and good investments but not that great to ride, and most will fall apart if ridden anywhere near hard.

That's the problem I'd love to build a triton, same as landies I realise that when all is said and done they aren't the greatest things in the world, but I'd love to build one, and more importantly let my old fella loose on it before he gets too old as its one of the things he always wanted but could never afford, strangely enough it seems to have gone full circle in that respect!
