As written in op above, done that... Prefer a lighter set up!As said before, wrap the line above your shoulders and then above your wrist, takes a lot of strain from your wrist

Sorry fat fingers..... Approx 2 cms across.. The lead comes out of the - socket on welder unit and Upto the torch.. Along with gas lead and switch wiring..Sorry dont understand. '2 cams across'?
Sorry I'm somewhat inexperienced ... Mines a black silicon rubber type sheath ..OK maybe I should have been clearer. What is the sheath made from?
While light wieght leads do make a difference, alot of that weight is lost from either not suppling a sheath or suppling light weight kevlar type.
Kemppi sheaths are thick heavy, inflexible rubber. They are frankly horrible. I replaced the first 3mtr with light weight kevlar zipped sleelve.
Lighter, and more flexible for less than 30quid
My torch ..Depending on your torch, it might be possible to ditch the inflexible vinyl power/gas line, and fit something much more flexible.
