The very on was an insane piece of engineering, basically created an aeroplane and worked out how to prevent it from staking off, but the new Chiron has an additional 500bhp !!!!

Lol safe to say my 1.7 turbo diesel astra Van is a little more economical than that then..... Probably because it chugs rather than chats though
Seriously though the veyron is a seriously expensive advert when you consider they sold for about 50% of the build cost but that said I'd still love one

I know - I was all set to buy a Veyron when they announced the Chiron. Phew - near miss

I did a rough calculation some time ago and flat out a Veyron is burning fuel at a rate similar to flushing a toilet.

Daft things, why buy something that you can never get the full use of ? You'd only torment yourself driving around at 70 or 80 mph knowing it can do over twice that.

I suspect that most of them are in the UAE where speed limits don't apply to the owners...

I was sat on the m60 in the usual traffic jam the other day and right next to me, going at a similar pace of 0 mph was a brand new lambo, can really see the advantage of spending 180k on the lambo over the 1300 quid on a disco
