Ha ha right on cue!!Not many 200 amp single phase arc welders about. You can get a really nice 160 amp set for less than that though. A good 160 will run 3.25mm all day and 4.0mm for short periods.
3.2mm's will easy run on a 160A set, ewm pico 162 or 180 would be my choice.Jim , it's only ever going to run 3.2's. Need it for structural steel site work .
Only going to get used now and again. We have a fronius or something like that .A very good little welder , just doesn't seem to have enough power.

No worries, what Jim says it correct about site work. You'll need dual voltage. GYS E200 FV would be a good shout :]Cheers Tom
All those machines are 110V but not all of those will run a 3.2 comfortably. The Newarc will but you'll need a 44A 110V input.Thermal arc 201,newarc r1500,parweld 161, all dual voltage and reasonably priced both new and second hand.
Gys fv,kemppi minarc 150,ifl 151 110v
The newarc will run on a 40 amp breaker at 150 amps 100%.i run one comfortably on a 32 amp with 3.2 rods up to shorter bursts of 140 ampsAll those machines are 110V but not all of those will run a 3.2 comfortably. The Newarc will but you'll need a 44A 110V input.
Tidy machine.
