as promised a first impression on the sw320. I went for switched and sheath. The switch is excellent and simply clips on/off depending on whether I want the pedal or not. 
As in this pic when I want the switch out the way for optimum comfort its simply Secured to the sheath out the way with the supplied strap. Wicked. 
When I do want it on there it's ready to clip on and use.
I was sceptical about the speedbump handle as to whether it would be bulky or not well it's gorgeous in your hand and rotates in any position so I can Get the point to sit right inbetween my finger and thumb which is a really nice thing. The Water hoses are slightly larger than conventional sized wp20 but that doesn't effect there flexible nature one bit. It's every bit as flexible as my old crafter but a much nicer soft sheath. So far I've done 3 little beads with it so time is needed to give a proper review but it's nothing less than excellent from my first impression. If I had to find a point where the crafter was preferred it's neck length. The crafter had a short neck which was a nice touch for me but hey other than that this thing is so far a winner.
Now the back of the torch had to be modified to suit the Mls and this has been done by Mr J Davey to a professional standard. It looks so well built. The original torch fitting was actually pretty poor compared to this adaptor. It's much more ridged and feels like it could take a knock or two. All in all I'm very pleased and highly reccommend sw and get it built up and supplied by Jim.

Looks like a very nice torch Richard, that'll last you a fair while. I believe thats the torch that Jody's friend Roy Crumrine uses on all his ally work, you can see it in his expansion tank video

Just another little thought about torches, Wilkinson Star are releasing their new range of "Titanium" TIG torches, they're not as of yet available on the market but i've held one of them in hands and it feels very nice, kind of like a Parweld pro grip but maybe a little more comfortable because it sort of rested into my palm quite nicely.. Another to add to the "list" of decent feeling torches - Providing the internals + necks are of a high quality of course

They haven't made pictures available yet but for some reason they've stuck it on the front of their newest catalogue which is sat on my desk right now, picture doesn't do it justice one bit. Makes it look pretty chunky & boring, the torch on the left is the "titanium" MIG torch, imagine that in TIG torch form, thats what its like IRL

I'm quite happy with either. The torch I use at the moment is a Binzel round tube style handle with a momentary button inside a housing, much the same as richard's on his speedway. The ergo's are still nice tho

it is to my knowledge (very limited) that it's the exact torch ive bought. Sw320. Closely followed by my last pre owned torch which is also wonderful to use and hold. Weldcraft crafter cs310. Could be wrong mind I'm only going by the ones I've heard of.

It's not the torch, it's the head that can't cope.
Most torches are just a tube with a switch fitted to the side. Don't like the switch buy another one. Take it off and it's no different to a shopriver jobby. They all break when driven over, stood on etc.
Buy a quality head and the rest really doesn't matter. IMO
The Kemppi TTC200W I have is rated@250amps*. Out the box, it's a heavy pig, but that because of the rubber sheath. I cut off the first 4mtrs. and fitted a kevlar cover, made a world of difference. Sure super flexi leads would also help, but I'd hate to know how much 8mtrs of those would cost.
*what's the point of having a 300+amp rated torch when your set doesn't go anywhere near that. Just an exercise in spending money
