I'm up in st Andrews at the moment and I'll be coming back down to Wakefield in the next few days but I'm im the motorhome so i can't pick up owt big or greasy but let me know if you want owt I'll do my best

im sure they could be wrapped up in some plastic bags and put in a box to keep it clean for you......

Cheers for the offer. Appreciated. There are a couple of things through at Taitsie's, but I'd guess it depends on what classes as big, and some grease will practically be a given.

The M1 is horrendous of late, isn't it. The fact they close some junctions at night doesn't help either. I got caught out by that a few months ago. Decided to head in the general direction of the next junction down, to get back onto the M1, and a few miles later, I found out that I'd circled back round to the closed junction I'd just been at. How I managed that I've no idea.

Just what happened to me on A419 coming back from your place. Tiniest little diversion arrows attached to road signs, fooled a lot of truck drivers too sending them down country lanes!

Just found out I'm driving to Glasgow bus depot on Tuesday. will be arriving dinnertime-ish, then driving straight back to leeds with a half-empty pickup.
I can bring stuff from there to Leeds, and Tornado69 will be collecting a radial arm saw from me next week...
Or I don't mind a trip to Barnsley at some point...

I do need a towbar picking up from Fareham if anyone's down that way, and heading north?

Was down that very road just 3 weeks ago, Northumberland to Bushey in Watford Herts, absolute joke and a nightmare, went down and a couple of hours later came back up and then over to near Cambridge, should have stayed with the old A1.Lesson learnt to my expense-- my excuse Tom Tom. Oh and I missed the american diner for my breakfast,

I know it, Larkfield Depot , worked a few shifts in it. When I started as a bus mechanic Glasgow Corporation had 11 depots , I worked mainly in 2 of them but covered shifts in all the others over the years.
