10 mins after my wife declared. ....rain..don't be stupid...some thunder the likes I have not heard for years and it hammered down for 30 mins.

I have to say they were actually kind to me as I had just finished a large mix of compo and fitted all the wall plates I can get fitted at the moment. It could have been worse, much worse. Lol

Yeah I know but my wife us NEVER wrong apparently. Lol. And it did go from sweltering sun to boom bang a bang inside 30 seconds. To be honest the thunder lasted continuously for at least 5 mins, something I have not heard for years.

Same here... wife has gone on the patio to watch it, given her the old TV ariel to hold...told her it will keep her safe
