we see the old space station all the time , my son had a thing for spotting it !
Hes out in Victoria Park waiting for meteors at the minute

Yeah I've seen 4 or 5 but blink and you miss them they will be hard to get with a camera

I can see all the stars but no meteor shower !

I have spotted the Persaid radiant (can't see it with the naked eye) but due to light pollution I have to use a 300mm lens and I'm limited to about 6 second exposures.

Gonna be hard to get a shot

Pretty much exactly North East, I can see it through the lens, supposed to be where they appear to radiate from. I'm however contending with streetlights so it's not going well

I've seen 7 now all quite bright but not a chance of a photo

Had a look about 11pm mainly cloud cover here so not much chance of seeing any

Went outside at 11.00pm sky clear and saw one straight away near the plough, stayed out for 20 minutes and saw another 5 then came in as it's cool out. Earlier tomorrow night about 9.30pm so might try again then.

I came in for the same reason ok at first but you do end up feeling cold after a while

I've just come inside after looking everywhere, but I can only see one light up there and that's the sun
