one unit 15x6 another 15x7 and another 4x10 so thats 235 sq M oh and an outside yard 70sqM

and i cant swing a cat in any of them nevermind get to a bench to do any work (even if i could get to a bench it would take me 2 hours to clean it off to do any work)
