Any One Based In Sussex/brighton

I have posted a few threads but over the space of 18 months, my dilema is that I need tutuoring. If any one is based in sussex/Brighton area and perhaps has workshop that would be willing to teach me some basics I would intern help out were I can doing the crap jobs that a propper welder/fabricator doesnt like doing.

For what it's worth I just used the tutorial. It took me a while and I used a whole reel of wire and couple of bottles of gas getting it right.

just get some scrap metal and keep practising you will eventually get it. I haven't actually started welding on the car as yet but my practise welds are looking good. I also welded together a stand for my homemade hvlp spayer and the welds look crap but it's rock solid and by the last section the welds were looking nice.

I intend to start welding in some small sections on my beetle soon, slowly movning up to replacing the heater channels.

Practice, practice.

If you are in that area you are able to get a good evening college course for about £100.

im in sussex not too far from brighton.

I have taken the welding City and guilds course at Central sussex college at their Burgess Hill plot.

As im under 19 it cost me £15 for level 1 city & guilds but if your over that you will have to pay £150. then £155 for level 2.
