I am new here, but not to Cars and Bikes, I build movie car, bikes and things and have for the last 35 years, such as all the car in Grease, Fast and furious one and two and the GTO’s in xXx as well as the three main Pixar cars. In any event, I am writing a new book on Plasma cutting and looking for ideas and suggestions from the other side of the pond, any help would be greatly appreciated

I mostly use the Hypertherms units we have the 1250 on my PlasmaCAM and a 30 handheld, we also have ESAB's and Lincoln unit as well, and I think we have about 12 unit it total in the shop.

Awesome cars Eddie, my favourits are the fast and the furious cars!
I don't have that much experience with plasma cutters, but one i found easy to use is the portable zip from SAF, and if you have a steady hand you can do amazing things with it... I was an apprentice at a blacksmith before i got my welding job, and he made a wonderfull commercial sign for a shop here with lights behind it 'n stuff...beautiful in the evening a real eyecatcher!
But i probably am not telling you something new!! Oh well, just thought i'd share my thoughts...
