Seam sealing and stonechippin'

Speaking of the top coats, when would be a good time to apply the cellulose colour over the gravitex? I may be able to do it tomorrow (Sunday) evening, at which point the gravitex will have been applied for three days with no reactions or ill effects.

Would it still need to be scuffed up and panel wiped?

Light dusting on first and let that flash off?

should be fine to do now , personaly i wouldnt scotch it or panel wipe it

i feel the solvent in the top coat would be enough to bite into it

Can you please tell me what type of spray gun you used to apply the stonechip and the brand you used ?

You need a stonechip gun, cheap on ebay

You don't need to scotch the stonechip, the topcoat will bite into it

Paint went on successfully, approx 5 coats of. Took a little while getting used to the new LVLP gun. Says in the book to set the pressure at 1.5bar/22psi but even with the paint thinned to 50% it was spluttering! I bumped it up another bit and it was fine.

Strange color, looks very blue in the pictures, kinda green in person, but it'd bloody good to have it done!!!
