Just when I was begining to get the hang of my new welder and make ok welds I've run out of gas. I used it last night and put everything away feeling quite chuffed with my progress. Instead of closing valve I must have opened it further.

Came this afternoon to have more fun and no gas!!!!

Tell me about it, I even escaped from work early today, prepped all my material to start making my grill and now nothing, sun is swinging here so will have to find something else to tinker with

with all due respects mate none of the pipework should be leaking and it should hold pressure all night

It's not the pipe work, I was working outside, so disconnected welder from bottle and put it in garage and then bottle strapped to my make do table.

Lesson now learnt. I'm gonna get an extra long hose so I can leave bottle in garage, also gonna get some self sealing quick realse fittings

That is the plan when I build my new workshop latter on this year. At the moment theres barely enough room for in the workshop let alone a cart.

To make life simple I move welder around on a wheelbarrow and leave bottle in one place, temporarily I'm gonna get some longer hoses and some qr fittings

Also area outside garage is covered in pea shingle so trolley without massive wheels will be next to useless
