Have always admired some of our he things people make on here so though I would have a go at somThing. Made these for the wife for valentines day, for a first go I'm happy how they have turned out, have been painted with clear coat to stop any rust, has given them a great shine, the heat from bending the metal is what has given the heads the dark colour

Give it a go, you would be supprised how simple it is, time consuming. Plasma cutter made cutting pedals easier but could be done with snips

So many people asked me how I made mine that I eventually posted a video on my You Tube channel. Glad it's finally Valentines Day and I can stop making them.

Think I had a "pattern" somewhere, I downloaded a few years back, but got thrown on the "to-do" list...[/QUOT

Started off with 1mm sheet, cut out 6 pedal shapes like in the video bellow. Done this with a plasma so I don't have straight edges to make them more realistic, then weld the 6 plates onto a rod making sure the gaps in the pedals are staggered then using a propane torch, bend them up, curl the tops over and bend them into a curve, do all 6 and you should have somthing that resembles a rose
