Might be good, depends a bit on the fill pressure.
BOC fill to 230 bar, some rent free suppliers only fill to 137 bar so you get a lot less gas in the same size cylinder.
If you get through it at rate of say 1 a year then take a look at the BOC Volkzone offer on here to work out if it's better for you - it depends on how much you use.

its showing about 230 bar on the gauge. its a linde bottle

Where did you get that Mark? Are they open to anyone or was it a "nudge nudge wink wink" job.
I'm using SGS at the moment, to be fair they are not bad but I'm always on the look out for a better deal!

Unless you've a gauge that's very inaccurate and just happens to land on a common fill pressure then I would say you've probably got a good deal!

right I have to apollagise just been to check the reg, its bang on 2500 PSI I got it from C02 services in deeside

well if not just flog the bottle to some one so then they can fill it, I plan on keeping it a fair few years so didn't really consider that. what size bottle you getting at the moment and what price??

It's 20l with a 100 quid deposit. I think the refill was something like 60 quid but I've not had it filled for a while, so can't remember off my head. I don't think the pressure was as high as yours either, but again I can't be sure.
I got mine from quality factor motor parts on sealand road, though I believe SGS have a dealer in wrexham now.
If you plan on using a lot I believe the volks zone deal may be worth getting from boc, but I don't do enough to justify the rental.

I was there too the other day for argon 50 litre very helpful, I'll check what my regulator says in the morning
